This Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to all participants, attendees, drivers, spectators, media personnel, and volunteers (“Participants”) involved in any event hosted, organized, sponsored, or affiliated with UNDR GRND Racing (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By attending or participating in any UNDR GRND Racing event, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
Motorsport, automotive, and racing-related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Vehicle collisions
Loss of vehicle control
Fire or explosion
Slip, trip, or fall hazards
Flying debris
Mechanical failure
Noise exposure
Weather-related hazards
Injury caused by other participants
By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and discharge:
UNDR GRND Racing, its owners, officers, employees, volunteers, affiliates, sponsors, vendors, and venue partners
from any and all claims, demands, injuries, damages, losses, liabilities, or causes of action stemming from:
Participation in events
Vehicle use
Spectator attendance
Equipment failure
Negligence of other participants
Accidents on or off the track
Property loss or theft
This applies regardless of fault, including claims based on negligence.
You acknowledge and agree:
Motorsport activities are physically demanding.
You are medically able to participate.
You are solely responsible for any medical expenses from injuries sustained during the event.
UNDR GRND Racing does not provide medical insurance or emergency coverage.
In case of emergency, you authorize event staff or medical personnel to seek necessary treatment on your behalf.
You understand that:
Damage to your vehicle is your full responsibility.
UNDR GRND Racing is not responsible for mechanical failures, cosmetic damage, or total vehicle loss.
You assume all risk associated with driving or displaying a vehicle at any event.
By attending, you grant UNDR GRND Racing permission to:
Photograph you
Record video of you
Use your likeness for marketing, media, promotion, or social content
This includes content posted on:
Website
Social media
Event promotion
Merchandise
Sponsorship decks
You waive any right to compensation or approval.
You agree to follow:
All safety instructions
Venue rules
Staff directions
Local laws
Speed limits outside designated areas
Reckless, dangerous, or aggressive behavior may result in:
Removal from the event
Ticket voiding
Ban from future events
No refunds will be issued for removals.
You acknowledge:
Events may be delayed, modified, or canceled due to weather or safety concerns.
Refunds are only issued if UNDR GRND Racing officially cancels an event.
Weather alone is not grounds for refund.
Minors under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian:
Present at the event
Sign this waiver on their behalf
Accept responsibility for the minor’s behavior and safety
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UNDR GRND Racing from:
Legal claims
Damages
Injuries
Losses
Costs
Attorney fees
arising from your participation or actions at the event.
By checking the box during ticket purchase, signing a physical form, or entering the event venue, you confirm:
You have read and fully understand this waiver.
You accept all risks.
You agree to be legally bound by this document.
You waive the right to sue UNDR GRND Racing for injuries or damages.
