1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Processing may take longer during:

  • Holidays

  • High-volume sales

  • Pre-orders or limited editions

Orders are not shipped on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location

  • Order weight

  • Carrier pricing

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

✅ United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

✅ International

Delivery times vary by country and customs processing.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier information

  • Link to view shipment progress

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

UNDR GRND Racing is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information.

If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at:

We cannot reroute packages once they are shipped.

5. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

If the carrier marks your package as Delivered, but you did not receive it:

  • Check with neighbors

  • Look around your property

  • Confirm the address entered at checkout

UNDR GRND Racing is not responsible for stolen or missing packages after delivery is confirmed.

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but replacements/refunds are not guaranteed.

6. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

We will issue a replacement if the damage occurred during shipping.

7. International Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • Duties

  • Local handling charges

These are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer.

UNDR GRND Racing has no control over these fees.

Delays may occur due to production schedules or supplier issues.
